Who is Madiee "Maddawgg" narsi?
Founder of Moon & Stars Productions. Editor in Chief of Alternative Wave Magazine. Based in PHX, AZ.
I'm 24 years old (Year 2000), born in Seattle, WA to two entrepreneurs. I grew up in a music & John Maxwell household, spending years 0-18 absorbing high-caliper leadership & culture-building skills, Multi-Medium Communication (Public Speaking to Interpersonal), & attending all professional events with my parents; networking like there was no tomorrow. 
I spent ages 5-18 as an athlete & creator. For sports, I played club/d1 baseball (not softball) at 2nd base & catcher being coached by professional MLB players during summers & winters for 11 years. On the off seasons, I ran varsity track where I was captain & made it to state my senior year & did varsity swim. I spent my off time during summer making scripted YouTube videos with my friends, creating video games, & working on my first business that I ran from ages 13-16.
My heart lies in 3 places: Music, Business & Education. 
I'm a metal alternative kid & bass head. Which is exactly why I founded alt wave mag to cover the genres it does. More on that later.
i am also a self-taught professional sound engineer & music producer. And of course with ALternative Wave Magazine, I'm heavily on the alt-music scene.
I don't do much education as I'm not even 25 yet. I hope to do a lot one day, mainly in the public speaking realm. In the meantime, I'm looking for a job where I can work hands-on in creating educational content for the masses. specifically on business education because the world desperately needs it & I'm incredibly passionate about it. 
MY CAREER OBJECTIVES
1. SPREAD truth & authenticity as far as the east is from the west
2. CREATE PRISTINE CONTENT THAT EDUCATES THE MASSES & GROWS A COMMUNITY
3. Be the lighthouse that shows people how far an everyday working kid can go
As far as business goes, I'm the founder/owner of Moon & Stars Productions which owns Alternative Wave Magazine. I have a big bag of whys that motivate me to do this. The top three are I'm tired of waiting for someone else to fill this gap in the market, the standards in which this industry need to change immediately if not sooner, and it lights my heart on fire to do this work day in and day out 25/8!
Moon & Stars is a multi-medium conglomerate dedicated to taking artists into the cosmos. In providing all crucial production services musical artists need to build brand & transmit their project worldwide, we hold truth & authenticity at the most high. To infinity then beyond the Moon & Stars, we make the universe a better place by setting new bars.
Alt Wave Mag covers all things riding the alternative wave today. In spreading Music with Culture through Photographic & Journalistic excellence, we hold Truth & Authenticity at the most high. Forged in the fire & from the ashes, we shall rise.
I created this foundation of Moon & Stars working at it 10-14 hrs/day 6 days a week with 6-8 hrs/day on Sundays because Sunday is the day of rest for the past 2.5 years straight.
we have 28 team members worldwide who all work for free part-time, with me coordinating & leading it all. We are all from different colors, classes, and creeds, whom by our actions & deeds combine our art to create a new industry standard. One not built from greed, but from grit, honor, & authenticity.
July 2022 is when Moon & Stars x Alt Wave Mag started. I sat in my room at an all-time low. Zero hope, zero friends, & zero desire to work in the typical industry as restaurants & life completely broke me. But, one must be scorched to ashes before they can rise again. I sold my car & leisure (video games, etc) added that with my savings ($9k), locked myself in my room (& am still here) & decided to finally be what I always wanted. An empire owner that positively pushes human evolution through music.
It started with the idea of Moon & Stars Productions. The biggest ROI move I could make was creating a hub where all the Alternative Music community could connect. Making us AI proof, strengthening our brand/authority, creating a product we can offer to the scene (with insanely high value, fans can’t pass it up), all whilst spreading authenticity to the masses. Thus, Alternative Wave Magazine was born: The 1st bonsai branch of Moon & Stars Productions.
This entire business is built off of Mozi Nation education: Alex's insane training on offer/marketing/advertising/sales education + Leila's ceo/operator/leadership/people/being the real top g/crushing always education + my prior knowledge of Videography/Graphic Design/Photography/Coding/shipping/handling/customer service skills make for this wild combo. Plus my eye for the art of it all and impeccable timing in this market of course. We got it like that & that's that!
We have 2 web apps I developed to help run this biz with a tiny amount of effort on my end. This combined with my team building/delegating skills has made it so alt wave now runs on about 40% the teammate's efforts, 40% the app automation, and 20% me working hands-on with founder tasks.
This is a lifelong project that I think of in terms of decades. It will be a very long, tough, & treacherous path to go down. Which is why it's time for me to double down on my skill-building. Our systems are very solid to where everything can run with me only needing to do 3-4 hrs of work/day to keep up with the content we are putting out & the value we are providing to viewers.
